Firstly as I told you I can make you a header if you only give me the details etc. And the website is kinda hmm........ not so good to be honest. Firstly here are a few thing that you should do.
Firstly get a free host dont go with these free forum hosts
Get a TLD
Install the phpbb3 forums
Search through the phpbb3 templates and choose a unique one
Customize it a bit to make it your own
Then go and Advertise your forums

Guy its my Pers0nal advice to you that you buy a TLD.
These days thre are so many forums that even Tld's are failing to get users.
Dont get dem0ralised..Bec0z running a successful forum is n0t that easy u 0ught to provide unique things. . .
Phpbb3 is a buggy script i hate it, so in my opini0n SMF wud be best n it is best free 1

True.Use smf or IPB or vB if you have money.
But a tld and hosting would be better,

The bad thing about this is, anyone who you make Admin, who you don't trust, Can just hijack your site.
