No, .nn is .nnn are not country TLDs. And its not another generic TLD, too. I've never seen a domain registrar offering .nn

P.S. Kosovo is not in that list, so may be .nn is for Kosovo!

well if you ask for letter lenght then i would go with .nn but if you consider the popularity then .nnn have the advantage
