Want complete infor regarding PhpBB with links.

Hi friends I am actually new to PHPBB.

So i wanted to know about it. What it is used for and how to design forum using it a step by step manner. Do we need to learn php for it and related requirements. :P

^^That has everything. phpBB, which is also the system this site runs on, is a free bulletin board software. It is used to make forum communities, and you can make your own style (this forum went with the green version of the default style). The possibilities are endless, and it is the best forum software. :D

It's plug-and-play software. Put the files on your site, create a MySQL database for it, give the install file all the info it needs, and you have a brand new forum set up!

You don need to learn phpto use phpBB, but i think to make mods you need to learn phpBB

phpBB is one of the best FREE forum/bulletin board softwares out there

Yeah... you need to have a little bit of PHP know how to install mods, but other than that, you don't really need anything.

Speaking of mods, http://www.phpbbhacks.com has a lot of great phpbb2 and phpbb3 styles and mods.
