i would say vbulletin forum
even though vbulletin is a paid forum
but it is the best in my experience

I think SMF and myBB are better than phpbb3... i dont like how it has the profiles to the left :evil:

(mybb is kinda like a vbulliten clone)

phpBB is ONE of the best. But not the best the best is SMF! way better and more standard features!
