I sow people write about Joomla. But the thing is i don't know what it does im not joking don't laugh at me when you read this. :(
So can anyone explain it to me?

Joomla is Content Management System. If you have a web hosting, you can download Joomla and upload it to your hosting. Then you'll have site with forum, user registration and other useful things. If you are interested, check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joomla

Joomla is known to be a resource hog, and absolutely not recommended for free shared hosting servers.

So php fusion is good for free shared hosting servers?

Srry that I'm asking much questions but im making a website with my friend and it will be basically about funny videos ;p

I don't think so, PHP-Fusion is very un-secure.

Same here, I tested Joomla1.5 on ByetHost's 250MB free, used similar resources as phpBB2. Besides it won't be ranked no. 1 with Drupal if it was a resource hog.
