I have a project that needs some professional designers. I want to make a professional looking template. I am willing to pay up to 500 DNBucks. I do not have the DNBucks as of yet but they will be gathered by the time it is done. Please let me know who is going to help. If possible I want a couple of designs to choose from.

Colors: Blues, Greys, and Dark colors
Coding: HTML and PHP

Be creative. It is for my websitestarters.net. I need a spot for ads either horizontal or vertical. I would prefer them on the bottom RIGHT before the copyright just like on my services page. I will be using those ads and that size. Like I said, be creative.

I can design and develop a site for you that uses the joomla CMS. I have just finished working on http://www.icsalobrena.com. I'm sorry but you'll have to wait for the site to go "online" (the client needs to update content) to see what I have been working on. If you haven't before used joomla, I suggest you try it out as I believe it would suit all your needs, and is free open source.
