DNTemple | Discuss Domains, Webhosting and Webdesign

Hello community,

Its come to our notice that a few spammers are earning DNbucks by posting a huge number of posts in a very short span of time and exchanging them for domains right away. For this reason I've done a small modification to award DNbucks to members for their posts only if:
1. You are < 30 days registered on the forum and have posted < 30 posts since your midnight
2. You are >= 30 days registered on the forum and have posted < 50 posts since your midnight
Your post count is not affected by this modification.

The second modification is to disallow members less than 7 days registered on the forum from accessing the Domain shop page.

If you are not a spammer this should not affect you. I've brought about this modification in the best interest of DNTemple and the genuine members who benefit from DNTemple.

Just like I keep saying, any new rules that we implement, will never affect a good member in any way. To summarize the rules above, if you are a new member here, you earn DN$ only for your first 30 posts everyday. Secondly, since we expect nothing from you after you have bought the domain, a little loyalty always helps. All new members need to be active on the forums for the initial 7 days before they can access the domain shop. So, even if you earn enough DN$ for a domain, you will be able to purchase it only after 7 days have passed since your signup.

Also, for members (this rule affects all members) who have been with us for more than one month, the DN$ earning limit per day is 50 posts.

Thanks to TheUniqueTiger for coding this at unearthly hours. (We were up till 3.30 AM testing the script. ) Also, DNMASTER has always been supportive and understanding of our thoughts and ideas. A HUGE thanks to him.
